Anna Rawson

Anna became a professional golfer at the age of 23 and has enjoyed great success throughout her career. Anna suffered a traumatizing event when she was young. In order to spend time with her father, and brother who were avid golfers Anna decided to take up the game as a new pastime. Anna aged just 16 at the time, began her career as a model as she made it to the top of Dolly Magazines' cover contest. Anna has been modeling ever since. Anna Rawson's father fostered Anna and Willy Rawson after her mother passed away tragically at the age of 4. Dianna Rawson, Anna's mom and father separated at the time Anna was still a baby. This led to Dianna spiraling into extreme depression. Dianna was admitted to a mental health facility for help but she ended up taking the life of herself. Family members were devastated. Anna's life was hard for her. It was a difficult adjustment for Anna to live with her father. No child should have to endure this. Jim Rawson, her father, became an extremely important friend and someone who she formed a close relationship with. Jim Rawson was a former soccer player from Glenelg and the two shared their love of the sport. Anna confessed that the sole reason she began playing golf was in order to be close with her brother and father in the wake of her mother's death, however she later realized that it was a sport she loved (and the golfers who were cute helped!). Anna was able to start playing golf because she became depressed over the death of her mother. She improved her skills and her hobby soon became an occupation. This is an amazing idea. Rawson was educated in her home, after she attended St. Martin Boarding School. Anna Rawson is among the first to admit that the choice she made for her college was more the result of sheer naivete and not logical thinking. Anna was offered scholarships from prestigious schools like Yale as well as Harvard however she was eventually admitted to Immanuel College in Southern Australia due to the fact that the weather wasn't so bad as it was in the other states. Following her journey into Immanuel college Anna was accepted to study in the University of Southern California where she obtained an All-Pac 10 honorable mention on three occasions.
